Very friendly and efficient team, did a battery replacement and service on my middle aged Apple Macbook Air .They said what they would do and did what they said they would (and completed the work when they said they would). It is well worth making the trip to Finchley (I cycled) but there are good public transport connections and it looks like the parking is quite easy. I will use optima again. They came recommended to me, and I will recommend them further. It is a great relief -- after some weeks scratching my head -- about where to find a reliable Mac workshop to have found one. I will go straight there the next time I need repairs or service.
