Complete the booking form for your data recovery. This should take less than 5 minutes and will start the data recovery process.
You have the option of:
– Bringing the drive into our workshop.
– We can arrange a collection from your premises.
If you select the collection option, we will provide you a label to print and stick on the box. It doesn’t get any easier than this.
Make sure your device is well packaged so it doesn’t get damaged during shipping. We’ve also provided you with some helpful ideas.
Once your data recovery has been scheduled, we will keep you updated via our online portal. We will send you updates at important points throughout the process.

When we get your device, we will send you a message via our online portal.
One of our data recovery engineers will usually analyse your device the same day.
By sending the device for data recovery to us, you agree to the Basic recovery charge. Under this service, we will try to get the data back if we can. If the device needs Standard or Advanced service, we will let you know which service is needed and why. We will need your email confirmation and payment to move forward. If you don’t want to proceed, we can stop the work, return the device, and there will be no further costs to return the device to you.
Your data will be retrieved by one of our skilled data recovery technicians (in-house or in-lab) whether your recovery just requires our basic service or we receive your approval for the standard or advanced service.
The process may take a little longer if you require standard or advanced recovery. It is in our best interest to be successful and carry out the recovery as quickly as possible, however turnaround times can vary depending on the availability of replacement parts and the speed with which we can obtain data.
The data will be copied onto an encrypted external USB hard drive and returned to you along with your original device after it has been recovered. Your data will be kept in a secure copy on-site for 30 days before being securely erased.
We will notify you through our online portal when your data recovery is complete and ready for shipping.
As payments will already have been made, there will be no further action required from you.
Your device, together with any recovered data, will be returned by courier to the address specified on the booking form.We will separately email the encryption password to you.
If your device is affected by any of the following issues, please contact us immediately and turn off your device.
