How to pack your device

Prior to sending your device, please check our packing guidelines below.

Important: If you’re sending a small device like a USB stick or memory card, please pack it in a box – DO NOT use an envelope.

Step 1

Place the hard drive on a bubble wrap sheet.

Step 2

Wrap the drive with plenty of bubble wrap.

Step 3

Fold the bubble wrap’s edges over the drive.

Step 4

Put the drive in a cardboard box.

Step 5

Add bubble wrap to eliminate any movement.

Step 6

Seal the box securely and stick the postage label.
