The whole experience of changing from a desktop to a laptop computer was very straightforward. Khrish and other colleagues at Optima were excellent at helping an 84 year old to understand the options and to arrive at a sensible decision to meet my needs. The speed with which it all happened was amazing, such a quick turnaround from my initial consultation to the setting up of the new laptop in my home by Sam. I called Optima in a panic as my laptop died and I desperately needed it to work. Khrish at Optima was absolutely brilliant, calm and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problems - there were several and none unanticipated. Having Optima operating behind the scenes has given me complete piece of mind and has allowed me to scale my business. I recommend them to any individual or company looking to move away from their current IT provider.In addition, I wanted to port all my data from my iphone 13 across to my new Google Pixel phone, i was nervous as i've been an iphone user since 2008 and didnt want to lose my data. I took both my phones to Optima and within 2hrs Khrish had managed to port ALL my info across and i didnt lose anything, all my photos, whatsapps, contacts, apps etc are all on my Pixel. Just a phenomenal company to have in my corner.

I am very disappointed for the final result of my External Hard Drive . Kherish and the team Lied to me, and were Very Unclear in communication. Before to send the final payment (400£+ Vat) , they told me they can manage to recover over 90 % of my data. they actually manage to recover around 55% of my data. They confim they manage to fully recover important documents that I really need it, but when the External Hard Drive arrived I discover they manage to recover around 60 % of it. They also lied to me, and say that put the RAW data in a different folder (Part 1 Root and Part 2 RAW) . When I called Khreish and I said that so many of my important data it's missing, he told me that Part 2 Raw it's just copy of documents from part 1 , most of the part( which it's true) . I don't recommend anyone who has important data to recover to trust these guys . Now I have to Pay Extra and to send my External Hard Drive to another Lab in order to recover the other datas . I also paid in total 500 £ + 100 £ (VAT AMOUNT) to them.
