Key Skills

- Windows 11-10 OS Support
- O365 Administration, Exchange Online
- RMM Ticketing System Experience
- Full UK Drivers licence
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for MS365 and cloud services
- Managing escalated tickets and troubleshooting complex issues
Qualifications
- Experience in MS365 environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud services and IT infrastructure
