Khrish was great after 13 years of using Apple phone I decided to go over to the dark side and purchase a Samsung fold I asked Chris to make it look like an apple work like an apple and get all my Apple info into the phone he did this over two days and was amazing

The whole experience of changing from a desktop to a laptop computer was very straightforward. Khrish and other colleagues at Optima were excellent at helping an 84 year old to understand the options and to arrive at a sensible decision to meet my needs. The speed with which it all happened was amazing, such a quick turnaround from my initial consultation to the setting up of the new laptop in my home by Sam. He quickly diagnosed the problems - there were several and none unanticipated. Having Optima operating behind the scenes has given me complete piece of mind and has allowed me to scale my business. I recommend them to any individual or company looking to move away from their current IT provider.In addition, I wanted to port all my data from my iphone 13 across to my new Google Pixel phone, i was nervous as i've been an iphone user since 2008 and didnt want to lose my data. I took both my phones to Optima and within 2hrs Khrish had managed to port ALL my info across and i didnt lose anything, all my photos, whatsapps, contacts, apps etc are all on my Pixel. Just a phenomenal company to have in my corner.
